It really helps, and the smell of menthol clears out your sinus too. :-) I have chronic lower back pain, and when applying this product before going to bed I wake up without back pain. That is very nice.

I have neck and shoulder pain and am happy to have tried Activene. It soothes and relieves the muscles and has a pleasing and cooling fragrance. I apply it at night before bedtime and also I think it helps me get to sleep. I bought this on Amazon without any prior information. I consider it a great find.
